Welcome to She CAN! — a powerful, uplifting women’s wellness movement created to inspire, support, and empower women to rise into their fullest potential.
In 2026, we’re building a community where women come together to move, learn, connect, and dream bigger than ever before. This is a space designed for you to put yourself first, reclaim your energy, and build the habits, support, and confidence you need to reach your finish line.
We are gathering women from all walks of life to create a vibrant, year-long wellness community where we:
- Move our bodies together
- Learn and grow through powerful educational sessions
- Practice mindfulness and stress reduction techniques
- Support one another through personal and professional goals
- Reconnect with ourselves to rediscover our passions and purpose
Our mission is for every woman to have more education, more movement, more mindfulness, and more opportunities to invest in herself—so she can confidently pursue her dreams and achieve her goals.

Wellness Education: Learning Together in 2026
Each month, we will deep dive into meaningful wellness topics that support the whole woman, including:

- Financial, Legal & Nutritional Wellness
- Strength Training & Personal Training
- Parenting & Family Wellness
- Mental Health & Mindfulness
- Lifestyle Planning & Goal Setting…. and more!
Our community is built on educating women so they feel informed, confident, and empowered in every area of their lives.
Doing Good for Others – Community Service
Once we commit to “doing good for ourselves,” our next step is to do good for others.
Each quarter in 2026, our community will come together for service projects that create meaningful impact, including partnerships with:
- National MS Society – Bike MS Fundraising & Awareness
- Knitting It Together – Supporting Breast Cancer Patients
- Second City Canine Rescue – Fostering & Adoption Support
- Local Food Pantries
- Ronald McDonald House
- Danny Did Foundation
