Getting there :

Retreat arrival: Monday, March 29, 2027

Guests should plan to arrive at San José International Airport (SJO) by 12:00 PM on Monday, March 29 to allow time to connect to a domestic flight to Cobano Airport.

The flight from San José to Cobano is approximately 30 minutes, compared with a much longer drive and ferry journey.

We recommend flying with Costa Rica Green Airways for the San José → Cobano connection.

Transportation to and from Costa Rica and the retreat is not included. Guests are responsible for arranging their travel to Cobano, where transportation to the retreat will be coordinated.

Erin will help guide you through the flight-booking process so you know exactly what you need to arrange.

Optional: If your travel schedule allows, you may choose to arrive in San José on Sunday, March 28, stay overnight, and take the early domestic flight to Cobano on Monday morning.

COST:
Cabins have one loft space and a main floor. Depending on the cabin, the main floor may have two twin beds or a single queen/king bed and the loft would have the opposite. Cabins sleep up to 4 (with two in shared queen/king).
* Please note, a deposit of $600 is due by October 31, 2026 to claim your spot. Half payment must be made by January 1, 2027 and remaining payment made by February 1, 2027.

Private Cabin: $4,600
Triple Cabin w/ Single Room King/Queen Bed: $2,200
(You may share a cabin but have a private loft space). Only 7 private spaces available
Triple Cabin with Twin Bed: $2,050 (Two people share a space within the cabin, third person in private space)
