Children’s Yoga
These classes are designed for children ages 2-9. Class sizes and age ranges vary based on locations. Classes are created to introduce children to yoga in an exciting and entertaining way. Children will learn a variety of yoga poses and their benefits, different breathing techniques to help calm the mind and body as well as meditation. Depending on the subject or focus of the class, some classes will incorporate a project or art activity as well as music and partner work. The goal is for children to leave class learning something new while feeling calm and in control of their mind and body.
