SHE CAN! Yoga & Bike Mechanics 101
Get ready to move, learn, and roll into the outdoor riding season with confidence.
Join us for a purposeful morning designed to help you reconnect with your body, your bike, and your community — all in the beauty of nature.
We’ll begin with an all-levels yoga flow to wake up the body, build strength, and create mindful awareness (8:00–9:00am). Then transition into Bike Mechanics 101 with Mark Payares of Lotus 1 Multisport (9:00–10:00am), where you’ll gain practical skills and knowledge to feel prepared, safe, and empowered for spring and summer riding.
To wrap up the morning, those who wish are invited to join a group ride along the Cal-Sag Trail, putting your new skills into motion and riding in community.
Your Experience Includes:
• 60-minute all-levels outdoor yoga practice
• Bike Mechanics 101 workshop led by Mark Payares, Lotus 1 Multisport
• Hands-on tips for bike safety, maintenance, and seasonal readiness
• Optional group ride along the Cal-Sag Trail
• Community connection in a supportive, empowering environment
